During the School year	•School Orientation and placement Test Guidance • Public Library Card Arrangement •Weekly report (via WeChat / Kakao Talk) – Homestay, School-related issues •Weekly visiting Homestay •Attend school in case school request •Weekly 1 hour and a half (90 minutes) After School tutorial for academic supporting (total 20 sessions) •Weekly meeting for lunch or dinner during the weekend •In case of absence of Custodian: During this period, appoint VES officer to substitute

Contract Termination and Refund Policy Breach of contract If the following situation occurs, the contract may be discontinued, but the service fee will not be refundable. However, if it is discontinued due to the guardian’s circumstances, the service fee from the date of destruction to the remaining contract term will be refundable.)

• If a student does not follow school rules and Canadian law, the service may be discontinued and will be non-refundable
• If the student voluntarily returns after giving up his / her studies, the service may be suspended and non-refundable.
• If a student is not cooperative with Custodian or does not follow instructions and regulations, the service may be suspended and non-refundable.
• Non-refundable if a student fails to adjust to school or Canadian life and causes problems
