STANDARD SUMMER ENGLISH PROGRAM

VES provides 2-week intensive Summer English as a Second Language program (along with other select summer programs in Toronto) to international students. These students are offered the opportunity to integrate with native Canadian students. Our VES summer students will enjoy an authentic Canadian experience during their summer with us. Through our intensive Summer English program, students improve their academic standing with four (4) hours of daily instruction, while at the same time experiencing Canadian culture. Upon completion of the ESL training, students will join an exciting summer program with native Canadian students. This inspiring academic and social environment engages students in stimulating activities and excursions to national, provincial, historical and contemporary attractions, while providing them with an opportunity to make lifelong friends from around the world. During these summer programs, students will gain strong self-esteem in their English-speaking skills, as well as self-motivation for further English studies.

*Royal Ontario Museum Summer Club - Due to limited space in each program, VES will assign students to day camps based on a first come, first serve basis. We will try our best to place students in day camps to help encourage them to speak English with other native-speaking students.

Our Summer English Programs are professionally designed for English language learners to quickly improve their speaking and listening skills (within 2 weeks). We believe that language training should be as immersive and productive as possible, allowing students to fully engage with the language and make the most of their time and resources while they are here.
